In my extensive professional dealings with Talis Management over the span of several years, I find them to be negligent, incompetent, and shoddy. Their own website boasts that they "communicate clearly with homeowners through multiple channels, and archive community information using the latest technology." Not true. Phone calls and messages go DAYS unattended resulting in horror story after horror story from homeowners. Yes, they are accredited by BBB, however there have been 10 complaints filed in the last 3 years and 4 closed in the past year. Out of all issues, 8 of them have to do with service/product issues due to negligence and shoddy repairs/craftsmanship. Very good management company. Always answer the phone and are very respectful. Our family has had no problems with them as our HOA.
