How long have you been in business?
I have been in Business for myself just a few short months.
What is your primary product or service?
I sell operating efficiency. My primary objective is to help businesses and corporations overcome obstacles that prohibit them from achieving core growth. Whether in Information Technology or Engineering and Process Improvement Consulting, I have the knowledge and experience to help trim costs, while improving customer experience. In away, I am their IT Manager or Continuous Improvement Manager when they need one and can't afford one full time.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was fortunate enough to spend over 17 years with UPS, one of the most efficiently run corporations in the world and a leader in Technology and Inovation in the transportation industry. I spent many years planning and improving all operations, training managers and supervisors, and building sales strategies. I spent nearly five years working directly with customers, helping them improve their operating efficiencies under the UPS Professional Services branch.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I guarantee my services. I will never offer clients a solution that will not meet their needs. If I can't provide meaningful and substantial solutions, I will not waste my clients time and hard earned money.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I don't have plans for expansion in the short term. My goal is to keep costs at a minimum so I can keep my fees low for my customers.
