Starting out as Knead for Life, a therapeutic massage clinic, we have been in business for over 12 years!

We are a full service day spa offering therapeutic massages, beneficial skin care and body wraps, and strengthening nail care.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in holistic methods of care.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not fluff up our services with fancy names and off the wall ingredients just to be able to charge more money. We pride ourselves to offering beneficial treatments and fight to keep our prices affordable for everyone.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently located in Apex, just north of the Historic Downtown area.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Turning north onto Salem Street in Apex, you will drive through the historic downtown area. You will then pass Hunter Street (where Apex Town Hall is located) heading up to the entrance to 64. Shortly after passing Hunter Street, we are on the left (across from the railroad tracks) in Salem Towne Court, a development of businesses housed in brickfaced townhomes with green roofs and dormer windows. We are the first building on the left when you pull into the development.
