They used to be honest. Maybe it's the bad economy that has changed Douglas and Andrea Caruolo. You should, at all costs, avoid Last Chance Garage. I used to trust LCG and its owners Andrea and Doug Caruolo. But, only months after my elderly dad died, they took advantage of my mom (a new widow). Then, while mom was caring for me in the hospital, they partnered with an auto body shop (Ultimate Autobody) to defraud the NC Administrative Courts and NCDMV to steal and sell my car. When I wanted the court to hear the administrative court's concerns of fraud, they told the judge I was mentally ill. Yes, depressed from years of orthopedic disability, hospitalization & dad's death. But Caruolos just didn't want real facts to come out. So, they chose to lie about me to keep facts about how they apparently committed fraud and stole my car hidden.
