While I was in hospital with a bones infection, UA refused the payment I made for repairs and instead lied to NC DMV and NC Courts stating that I was "mentally ill" (depressed after multiple failed leg surgeries & deaths of family members).
Jeremy Jones (of UA) went behind my back and sold my car while I was hospitalized. The Court wanted demanded that UA explain allegations of fraud. That was when UA told court of my depression.
In sum, UA stole my car and I believe sold it to Andrea Caruolo or her son (of Last Chance Garage)
This experience convinces me that UA could very well be a chop shop in Raleigh NC.

You should, at all costs, avoid Ultimate Auto Body. IMHO, it may be a classic chop shop. I trusted Last Chance Garage (an auto repair shop) and its owners Andrea and Doug Caruolo. But, only months after my elderly dad died, LCG took advantage of my mom (a new widow). Then, while mom was caring for me in the hospital, Ultimate Auto Body partnered with an auto body shop (Last Chance Garage) to defraud the NC Administrative Courts and NCDMV to steal and sell my car. When the court wanted to hear the administrative court's concerns of fraud, they told the judge I was mentally ill. Yes, depressed from over ten years of physical disability & my dad's death. But Caruolos and Jeremy Jones at Ultimate Auto Body just didn't want facts to come out. They all lied about Wake County Court to keep real facts hidden.Why? When I was in the hospital at risk of losing my leg, Andrea Caruolo called my newly widowed mom (who was afraid I would also die) and asked if she could have my car once Ultimate Auto Body finished the repairs. That was the group's plan all along. And the lies were easy when I was in hospital (unable to defend myself) and my mom was crushed by dad's death and lonely, scared as I was dying. IMHO, the care is with Andrea and Doug Caruolo (or their family)
