We have been in business in the Raleigh NC area for over 13 yrs. We are a highly regarded company in the community and consider our-self to be the leader for Carpet, Tile/ Grout, Upholstery, Dryer vent and Chimney cleaning. We provide service to both the residential and business community.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide a high quality service for home and business owners that are concerned with the appearance their business portrays to the public. We have clients like restaurants, doctors office and other high profile establishments that use us on a regular time frame to help maintain there floor covering in top shape.. The first impression a client makes about the appearance of a business can help determine the ultimate success of that business.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Carl first started a successful Chimney cleaning business in 1998. (ChimneyKeepers.com) After some years he saw the need for add-on services his client base might like to have access to and floor care was the next logical step as most homes have carpet and/or tile somewhere in the home.
Chimneys are cleaned every 3-7 years and most carpet is cleaned every 1-2 years depending on traffic. In this way we can provide more services by a trusted company our clients already knew.
We are proud of the repeat and referral business we enjoy and strive to provide the best service at a reasonable price.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All personal are highly trained and most are IIRCR certified in aspects of our business. We attend on-going training to maintain the high level of knowledge and provide expert service. In this way we make sure we are providing the best cleaning experience available.
We try to educate our clients and prospective clients on proper cleaning procedures and techniques so they can make sure of getting the best service experience around..

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 2 cleaning van on the road and wanting to add more.
We are also looking for persons with a good personality willing to learn and able to pass drug and criminal background check.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Carl & Karen Newton are the owners. Karen is VP, Operations, she runs the daily operations from our office located in Garner NC.
Carl is your man on the street making sure every thing is going smoothly.
