How long have you been in business?
Howards auto glass has been in business since 2005. And all of our installation techs have at least 5 years minimum installation experience, with our head technician having 21 plus years experience.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily we offer auto glass installations and related services. We also install window motors and regulators.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are a family owned and operated business located in the triangle area of NC.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer better pricing and friendlier service than our competitors. We also offer discounted installations compared to our competition.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As of right now we have only a office location, we come to you and do everything on the road at your home or office or anywhere we can legally. But we are planning to hire new installers in the eastern part of the state next year.

We do everything on the road so your location is our location as long as we can legally do the work there.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or check as well as insurance jobs. We plan on starting to take card payments again the middle of next year.
Which areas do you service?
We cover the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel hill triangle area and all nearby surrounding areas for now. But next year we plan to expand eastward.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our daily operations is run by our office manager and the owner does all the back ground business.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate from 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday every week.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment we get over and over is also part of or slogan, We love it when our customers send us referrals and when they become repeat customers. That alone says alot to us.
