What is your primary product or service?
We provide landscape packages for residential or commercial property. We also provide ongoing lawn maintenance, clearing lots and driveways in inclement weather, uplighting, additions for your property like retaining walls, waterproof and backfill foundations. Reseeding, mulching, installing and removal of trees.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a teenager I earned money by cutting grass for the neighbors and this grew into a lawn maintenance business. I sold this business to go into landscaping only and later added the lawn maintenance back into my current business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
How my customers view my work and end product shows me how my company ranks,therefore; I strive to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level. This in turn creates a standard that I strive to achieve. The end result is that I get returning customers who are satisfied with my work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My business is small, but efficient. We do not plan on extending.
