My credentials as a Graduate Gemologist (GIA), Master Valuer Appraiser and Senior Member, of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am an independent appraiser and do not work for any stores. I work for my customers. I evaluate jewelry while people wait, so they do not have to leave their pieces. I am honest, have high integrity and have won the trust of hundreds of my clients. I am called upon by attorneys as an expert witness to fight against fraud and misrepresentation of gemstones. I believe in protecting the consumer in the jewelry trade that can be difficult for the layman to navigate, gain confidence or trust.
