Tracy Bissett, owner of Amada Senior Care Eastern North Carolina, is grateful and proud that she is able to serve the seniors in our community, including Rocky Mount, Wilson, New Bern, Goldsboro, Kinston, Martin County, Nash County, Greene County, and beyond. Tracy has always lived in Eastern North Carolina: she went to high school in Rocky Mount, married her high school crush after graduating from Meredith College, then returned home with her husband to raise their two boys here, surrounded by family. Tracy says, “Family is so important to me, and I am really lucky that mine is right here in this area. At Amada, we know how important good care is for a family—and when you work with Amada, you are our family. We’ll treat you just like one of us.”
At Amada Eastern North Carolina, we provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. We know how important it is for our clients to continue to do the things they love at home, so we help make life easier and more enjoyable. Like other senior care companies, we assist clients with cooking, light housekeeping, bathing, transportation, meal preparation and other activities of daily living. But what makes Amada Eastern North Carolina special is that we go beyond those tasks to enrich our clients’ lives, whether that’s done through sharing a song, taking a senior on a drive to enjoy the autumn foliage, or helping clients call their loved ones to catch up.
Our care also extends beyond the home environment, because we truly desire to support our clients and their loved ones throughout their senior care experience. If living at home is no longer the best option for a senior, we will take them and their loved ones into the community to find the ideal place to meet their specific needs. If a family is unsure how to pay for senior care, we’ll help them find resources to make it more affordable.
